U.S. equity markets climbed to fresh record highs this week despite a jump in producer prices, but consumer inflation remained "cool enough" to keep the Fed on-course for September rate cuts. While revenue is growing, higher costs related to the bank's ongoing branch expansion continue to weigh on the firm. Credit quality remains positive. These shares have de-rated back to less than 14x earnings, which is an attractive valuation given Frost's high single-digit annualized growth profile.
