The company raised full-year guidance and increased its quarterly dividend by 33% to $0.40 per share. Cash generation was impacted by higher working capital requirements, and Noble warned of more near-term white space in the company's contracting schedule.

Noble Corporation's shares have risen by about 50% over the past year, reflecting the recovery in the offshore drilling sector. The company reported solid financial results, with adjusted EPS of $0.38 and $104 million of free cash flow generated during the quarter.
