Verra Mobility Corporation (VRRM) Q4 2023 Earnings Call Transcript
Verra Mobility reported solid Q3 results, driven by increased travel, cashless tolls, and government initiatives for highway safety. Recent California legislation could present a significant growth opportunity for the firm. VRRM stock remains a "Buy" given its strong execution and growth potential.
Verra Mobility recently posted decent quarterly results with a 6.2% increase in revenue. The company has potential for growth once domestic travel picks up, but investing at current high levels may not be rewarding. The set-up for Verra Mobility is interesting as de-SPACs are unloved by the market and risks regarding customer concentration and competition are misunderstood. I believe the company is able to grow high-single digits, given its "monopoly"-like market position. There is additional growth upside as there is a lot of white space to capture in Europe using the same playbook they have in the US. The company is highly cashflow-generative. Over the next three years, the majority of it will be used for value creative capital returns to shareholders (M&A and/or buybacks).
