(Nasdaq: VRSK) (“Verisk” or the “Company”), a leading global data analytics and technology provider, today announced the pricing of an offering of $750 million of 4.500% Senior Notes due 2030 (the “2030 Notes”) and $750 million of 5.125% Senior Notes due 2036 (the “2036 Notes” and, together with the 2030 Notes, the “Notes”). The closing of the offering is expected to occur on August 21, 2025, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
