Costamare Bulkers Holdings Limited is experiencing selling pressure from Costamare shareholders, leading to a stock price at one third of its NAV, presenting a potential trade. The company has a strong financial position with low leverage and a focus on growth through its CBI platform and returning capital to shareholders, primarily through dividends. While there is potential for a 50% upside if the stock re-rates to half its NAV, long-term investment success hinges on management performance and consistent profitability.
