Edge Over Investor: stocks below the gurus' reported buy prices

Find stocks where current prices offer ideas based on investor activities.
Learn more about this screener.

* Recent diff. % (price): the price difference between the current price and the most recently reported price — the latest reported activity for this fund-ticker pair.
* Max diff. % (price): the largest price difference between the current price and any reported price across all activities for this fund-ticker pair. While "Recent diff. % (price)" reflects the most recent activity, this shows the most extreme gap found among all grouped activities.
* Avg diff. % (price): the price difference between the current price and the average of every reported price across all activities for this security (each activity, across all funds and periods, counts equally). While "Recent diff. % (price)" reflects the latest activity and "Max diff. % (price)" the most extreme gap, this shows the average level.
* (price): the reported price shown in brackets that each column's difference is measured against.
This doesn't represent the actual buy or sell price. It is the split-adjusted price of the security as of the last day of the reported period.
* Current price: this can be a delayed price and may not reflect the real-time market value, however it is too close.

What does the Edge Over Investor screener find?

It lists stocks whose current price is below the price a tracked fund reported when it bought, or above the price it reported when it sold, in buy and sell mode. Each row shows how many funds triggered the match and the recent, largest and average price difference, with the full activity history of every fund and stock pair behind it.

Which funds and periods does it screen?

97 SEC 13F filers among the tracked funds, with activity history back to 2013 Q2; the newest filings cover 2026 Q2. The matches are read off every reported buy and sell against today's market price, and the fund scope follows the funds visible to you.

Is the reported price what the investor paid?

No. The reported price is the split-adjusted price on the last day of the reported quarter, derived from the filing's value and shares, not the fund's cost basis. A match says today's price sits below or above that quarter-end mark, so check the stock's price range for that quarter before reading more into it.

Who can use the filters?

The table is public with the default filters. The price difference, the portfolio change, the period age, the fund and ticker scope, the activity type and the still-held switch are part of the Edge Over Investor plan feature; see pricing for the plans that include it.
The same funds' portfolios are merged into one grand portfolio in two views: the holdings screener shows what they own, and the activity screener shows what they bought and sold in their latest filings.
